The run will head out from in front of the cricket club around the edge of the cricket pitch taking a left before the score board and left again where the run will meet Longworth road. Turning immediately right on Longworth road and running for a short distance before crossing the road and heading down Longworth lane. At the bottom of Longworth Lane runners will then head through a metal gate and join the public footpath that runs alongside Belmont brook. Runners will continue on the footpath crossing Belmont Brook further down via a bridge and keeping right on the trail which takes you alongside the perimeter of an old factory works. The path then climbs up some steps and brings you out alongside lower fold farm. Runners will then take a right and proceed up the gravel road until reaching Belmont road, where they will take a left turn and run along Belmont road for half a mile. A left turn will then be taken before Dingle reservoir to join the public footpath that runs behind the reservoir coming out alongside spring cottages. The runners will then head up an unnamed road for a short distance until they reach the turn around point where a Marshall will be stood.
